Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/out and issue room keys.
• Coordinate guest requests and inform about hotel services.
• Welcome guests by name when possible and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare, stock, and serve beverages/food per standards.
• Set up/break down meeting spaces and prepare food for events.
• Follow rate structures, discounts, and sell/upsell strategies.
• Handle cashiering duties, postings, and adjustments as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents per policy.
