Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Lead Gallery Host at Hyatt Place West Palm Beach to deliver exceptional guest service and oversee front desk and food & beverage operations. You will manage check-ins/outs, coordinate room blocks, and ensure smooth event setups per BEOs while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, positive customer interactions, and a commitment to the company’s standards in a fast-paced hotel environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk experience.
• Experience overseeing/directing a team is a plus.
• Able to work most weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure meeting rooms are set up and serviced according to BEOs.
• Oversee Food & Beverage inventory and ordering.
• Oversee FIFO process with Food & Beverage.
• Ensure financial record keeping and reporting compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to share guest/room information.
• Report items in need of repair and follow safety procedures.
