Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Lead Gallery Host to deliver service excellence by creating a welcoming environment and overseeing front desk and food and beverage operations for the hotel.

You will supervise front desk during shifts, ensure staff know hotel products and services, handle guest issues, assist with check-ins and check-outs, manage BEO-based room setups, inventory and ordering for F&B, and coordinate with other departments while following safety and financial reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift.
• Ensure front desk staff is familiar with hotel products and services.
• Handle guest issues courteously and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure meeting rooms are set up and serviced according to banquet event order (BEO).
• Responsible for Food & Beverage inventory and ordering.
• Oversee FIFO process with Food & Beverage.
• Ensure adherence to company policies on financial record keeping, money handling and licensing including timely reporting of financial information.
