Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Guest Service Host to welcome guests and vendors in our gaming cafes. You will maintain operations, promote marketing initiatives, and ensure guest satisfaction across shifts.

Responsibilities include handling cash and tips, documenting activity, and ensuring cleanliness and safety. Must be 21+, with customer service experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience with touch-sensitive POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors.
• Maintain clean and sanitized café and gaming areas.
• Record guest activity and daily transactions accurately.
• Monitor and report equipment issues and inventory.
• Assist in food and beverage preparation and service.
• Comply with liquor, gaming, health, and safety regulations.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
