Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador at Grand Casino in Hinckley, MN. You will handle guest interactions from seating to payments, ensuring a positive guest experience and strict adherence to service and cash handling standards.

You will work as part of a team with casino hosts, servers, cooks, and supervisors, maintaining health and safety standards and providing courteous, prompt service to all Guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check transactions promptly and courteously.
• Assist with seating guests and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Answer questions and direct concerns to management.
• Provide excellent guest service and hospitality at all touchpoints.
• Communicate wait times, reservations, and venue information to guests.
• Assist in keeping health, safety, and sanitation standards.
