Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking a Guest Host/Food & Beverage Ambassador for Grand Casino to greet guests, manage seating, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include cash handling, answering questions, and maintaining high standards of service while following health and safety regulations. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check transactions in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Seat guests according to venue procedures and provide directions.
• Maintain clean dining areas and assist with bussing and food running as needed.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly and courteously.
• Answer guest questions and use the seating system to manage reservations and seating.
