Job summary
Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador to warmly welcome guests, handle payments, and ensure a seamless dining experience. You will work across the venue to support seating, order prep, and service while upholding cash handling standards.
You will collaborate with casino hosts, food servers, cooks, and supervisors to maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, adhering to health regulations and casino policies.
Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Ability to interact with Guests in a courteous, prompt manner.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner when applicable.
- Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures of Grand Casino.
- Advise Guest of waiting time and areas of the Venue.
- Prepare orders in a timely manner and complete them with garnish and accompaniments.
- Answer Guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate management.
- Seat Guests according to the established procedures of the venue.
- Deliver excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
- Participate as a team member with Casino Hosts, Food Servers, Cooks, Supervisors, and Associates.
