Responsibilities

• Receive payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures.
• Advise Guest of waiting time and areas of the Venue.
• Prepare orders in a timely manner and complete them with garnish and accompaniments.
• Answer Guest questions and direct concerns to management.
• Address Guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.
• Seat Guests according to established procedures and venues.
• Deliver excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area per health regulations.
• Assist in maintaining stock of all necessary items.
• Provide cordial reception and escort Guests to dining tables.
• Answer telephones and make reservations if required.
• Communicate with Guests about wait times and information about the venue.
• Operate host seating computer system and distribute menus.
