Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs seeks a Food & Beverage Ambassador focused on greeting guests, handling payments, seating, and reservations to ensure a positive guest experience. You will work with Hosts, Servers, and Supervisors to deliver courteous service and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining area, assisting guests throughout their visit, and escalating concerns appropriately while adhering to health and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check transactions and process payments promptly and accurately.
• Seat guests according to venue procedures and manage reservations.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and assist guests with questions and directions.
• Provide courteous, upbeat guest service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist in host/guest interactions and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
