Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador to provide exceptional guest service, handle payments, and manage seating with a focus on regulatory compliance and a positive guest experience.

You will work closely with casino associates to ensure smooth operations, adhere to health and safety standards, and assist guests from arrival through departure with courteous, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check transactions promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to cash control policies and procedures.
• Assist in seating guests and providing directions within the venue.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns quickly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean dining area in line with health regulations.
• Collaborate with Casino Hosts, Food Servers, Cooks, and Supervisors for smooth operation.
• Operate host seating computer system and manage seating rotations.
