Job summary

Invited is seeking a Host to warmly greet and seat members and guests, setting a positive club experience from arrival to departure. You will uphold the 3-steps of service, assist with member services, and keep the host area organized while supporting the team.

The role requires strong communication, experience with phone systems, and the ability to handle confidential information. Occasional weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality/service experience preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality.
• Clear communication and instruction-following skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members/guests by name, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Maintain host area, assist service staff, and support club operations.
• Close out the host podium and complete daily tasks and side work.
• Respond to member needs and handle requests with professionalism.
• Attend daily briefings and uphold Invited service standards.
