Invited Clubs is seeking a Host to warmly greet and seat members and guests, ensuring a positive start and finish to their club visit. You will uphold Invited's service standards and help maintain a welcoming host area while supporting the team with member services duties as needed.

The Host role emphasizes professionalism, effective communication, and the ability to handle a multi-line telephone system while contributing to a smooth club operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to handle confidential member information with discretion.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests by name and seat them with a welcoming experience.
• Maintain service standards and assist with hosting duties as needed.
• Converse professionally and stay calm under pressure.
• Support service staff and keep the host area organized.
• Close out the podium at the end of each shift and complete daily tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of the host area.
