Invited Clubs is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to welcome members and guests, seat them, and maintain a seamless front-of-house flow. You will support service staff, respond to requests, and keep the host space organized throughout each shift.

This role emphasizes professionalism, discretion with member information, and adherence to Invited's 3-steps of service. A polished appearance and reliable schedule are expected in a club environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in service or hospitality is preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system is helpful.
• Must handle confidential member information with discretion.
• Strong communication and instruction-following abilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests by name and seat them with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Maintain an organized host area and close the podium at shift end.
• Support service staff and follow Invited service standards.
• Communicate professionally, remaining calm under pressure.
• Assist with member services duties as needed to support the team.
• Address and resolve member concerns with effective service recovery.
• Attend daily briefings and stay informed about club operations.
