Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Host to warmly greet and seat members and guests, setting the tone for the club experience. You will maintain a welcoming atmosphere, support the service team, and adhere to Invited’s high standards of courtesy and professionalism.

You will handle guest communications professionally, manage a multi-line phone system, and help with member services as needed, while ensuring a clean and organized host area and proper daily task completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist members/guests with courtesy and discretion.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests by name and seat them to create a welcoming first impression.
• Maintain organized host area and assist with member services as needed.
• Support service staff to uphold Invited's 3-steps of service and standards.
• Close out the host podium at end of shift and complete daily tasks.
