Job summary

Invited is seeking a friendly Host to greet and seat members and guests, setting the tone for a premier club experience. You will uphold service standards, welcome guests by name when possible, and keep the host area organized to support the team.

In this role, you will collaborate with Food & Beverage staff, handle multi-line phone inquiries, and assist with member services as needed. A polished appearance and professional communication are essential to success at the club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in hospitality/service is advantageous.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and seat them promptly.
• Maintain organization of the host podium and assist with daily tasks.
• Communicate professionally and stay calm under pressure.
• Support service staff to deliver the club's 3-steps of service.
• Notify management of guest concerns and assist with service recovery.
• Assist with member services as needed.
