Job summary

Invited seeks a Host to warmly greet and seat members and guests, setting a positive tone for their club experience. You will maintain hosting areas, support the service team, and uphold Invited standards of hospitality.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will manage daily tasks, assist staff, and ensure confidentiality of member information while delivering top-tier service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
• Able to handle confidential member information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name and seat them to create a welcoming start.
• Converse with guests professionally and stay calm under pressure.
• Assist service staff and uphold club service standards.
• Keep the host podium organized and close out the podium at shift end.
• Complete daily tasks and side work, maintain clean work areas, stock supplies.
• Support team efforts to deliver the 3-steps of service and assist with member services as needed.
• Notify management of any guest complaints promptly and participate in recovery.”],
