Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or service is advantageous.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential member information with discretion.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members and guests warmly, confirming reservations and seating preferences.
• Maintain organized host podium and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
• Assist service staff and support team to deliver high-quality hospitality.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when needed.
• Attend daily briefings and adhere to Invited service standards.
