Responsibilities include coordinating with the service team, answering calls efficiently, and ensuring the host area remains clean and organized throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service industry is helpful.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Strong communication and confidentiality when handling member information.
• Professionalism in all guest interactions and teamwork.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name and seat them.
• Maintain a welcoming front-desk area and assist with member services.
• Operate telephone system and POS to support service staff.
• Keep host podium organized and assist with daily tasks and side work.
