Job summary

Invited invites you to join its hospitality team as a Host, the first and last touchpoint for members and guests. You will warmly greet and seat guests, uphold the three steps of service, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere across the club.

The role also involves keeping the host area organized, assisting service staff, handling guest requests, and following Invited standards in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or hospitality is preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to handle confidential member information.
• Strong communication skills and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members/guests by name with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Maintain high-quality service and attend to guests' needs.
• Assist service staff and keep host podium organized.
• Close out the podium at end of shift and complete daily tasks.
• Follow Invited service standards and participate in training.
