Job summary

Invited seeks a friendly Host to greet members and guests, seat them, and set a welcoming tone for their club visit. You will maintain the host area and support service staff while upholding Invited’s renowned hospitality standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle confidential information, and a willingness to assist with member services as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in service or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and discreet handling of member information.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name and seat them to deliver a welcoming experience.
• Keep the host podium organized and assist service staff as needed.
• Handle member inquiries with professionalism and maintain service standards.
• Close out the host area at the end of shifts and stock supplies as required.
• Attend daily briefings and support club operations as directed by management.
