Qualifications

• Front-of-house hospitality experience is required.
• Strong communication and guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support teammates and adapt to busy shifts.
• Availability including weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the dining room to ensure guests feel welcome.
• Set tables, offer water, and follow service steps (Smile, Engage, Name, Thank You).
• Build rapport with returning guests and provide personalized service.
• Address guest concerns with team support.
• Run food to tables, bus tables, and replenish stations during shifts.
