Job summary

maman, a French bakery, café and lifestyle brand, is hiring a Runner in Dallas to ensure a welcoming dining room and smooth service from arrival to departure. You will champion hospitality, cleanliness and accuracy while supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a guest-first mindset, and is available to work weekends, holidays, and events with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support others.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the dining room to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable.
• Set tables, offer water, and follow steps of service in every interaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with restocking and closing duties.
• Support FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
• Ensure accurate packaging for third-party delivery and catering orders.
