Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is required.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Own the dining room experience to ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Set tables, offer water, and follow service steps in every interaction.
• Build rapport with returning guests and provide personalized service.
• Assist with food delivery to tables and restock as needed during service.
• Ensure 3PD and catering orders are properly packaged and dispatched.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest and team areas and support daily/weekly tasks.
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service.
