Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Actively drive enhancements, memberships, and gift cards by educating guests.
• Accurately book, edit, and cancel massage appointments.
• Open/close the boutique daily according to SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain clean guest areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster best practices and drive innovation.
