Job summary

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, and the ability to read and speak English, handle phones and basic computer tasks. The position offers a competitive hourly pay of $18, with AM/PM shifts and benefits eligibility for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Required: 18+ years of age; pass background and drug screen.
• Experience: 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education.
• Knowledge: Telephones, codes/alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system.
• Skills: Read, speak and write standard English; read basic instructions; write simple correspondence; understand 24h/military time; basic typing; basic computing; prioritize tasks; stay calm.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely; use standard salutations.
• Assist visitors with directions, information and inquiries.
• Provide information about facilities and local attractions; protect confidentiality.
• Report accidents and incidents; follow safety and disaster procedures as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction.
