Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at hotels, hospitals, or casinos with a professional and courteous approach. You will assist with inquiries, directions, and needs while maintaining confidentiality and a positive guest experience.

The role requires 18+ years old, a background check and drug screening, and 1–3 months of related experience or training. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system.
• Ability to read, speak and write standard English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Answers the telephone promptly and politely following company standards.
• Assist visitors with directions, information and inquiries.
• Provide guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and area attractions.
• Ensure confidentiality and deliver messages or items as requested.
• Report accidents or incidents to supervisor per SOP.
