You will recruit, train, coach and schedule associates, monitor guest satisfaction, and manage budgets and contracts to optimize occupancy and revenue. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities within HHM Hotels.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years hospitality related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform to brand standards.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Monitor front office financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting controls and procedures.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts; review and manage capital budget items as needed.
• Supervise all guest services department managers and oversee vendor and personnel contracts.
• Monitor occupancy to optimize room allocation and minimize overbooking.
• Create action plans to remedy guest service deficiencies.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
