Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years hospitality related experience, including front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards and HHM values.
• Oversee front office operations in absence of the Assistant General Manager.
• Handle guest check-in/out, prepare bills and respond to guest requests.
• Resolve guest complaints by researching issues and implementing solutions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and strive to improve scores across departments.
• Maintain relationships with guests to foster repeat visits and assist in related hotel services.
