HHM Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee hotel front desk operations, guest services and sustainability standards. You will lead and coach associates, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure accurate financial controls and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, managing vendor contracts, optimizing room occupancy, and enforcing safety compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role with growth toward general management.

Qualifications

• Hospitality front office operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and guest services to meet brand standards and sustainability goals.
• Lead and coach associates, schedule and train staff, and monitor guest satisfaction scores.
• Manage financial controls, budgets, forecasts, and capital budget items as needed.
• Supervise guest services department managers and coordinate vendor contracts.
• Ensure safety compliance and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
