Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related hotel front desk experience.
• Ability to interview, train and coach front desk staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations in accordance with brand standards and guest service guidelines.
• Resolve guest complaints by researching issues and applying effective solutions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and work to improve overall scores.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and encourage repeat stays.
• Oversee front office in absence of Front Office Manager or Asst. General Manager.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including balancing accounts and audits.
• Make and confirm reservations; process payments and close guest accounts.
