Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of related front desk or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to meet brand standards and guest service goals.
• Interview, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to ensure high-performance teams.
• Resolve guest complaints by researching issues and offering effective solutions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive improvements across the department.
• Oversee front office operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Balance accounts, perform audits, and handle guest billing procedures.
• Make and confirm reservations; greet guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
