HHM Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations in line with guest service, quality and sustainability standards. The role involves coaching associates, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes across shifts.

You will balance accounts, manage reservations, promote brand programs, and maintain lobby areas while upholding EarthView and safety guidelines. Standing and guest interaction are core aspects of the job.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform to brand standards.
• Resolve guest complaints by researching the situation and applying effective solutions.
• Aim to increase guest satisfaction scores and overall department performance.
• Participate in lobby ambassador activities to build guest relationships and repeat stays.
• Oversee front office operations in the absence of management.
• Balance accounts and conduct audits; manage reservations and billing.
• Promote company and brand marketing programs.
• Greet guests, register and assign rooms, and provide welcome folders as appropriate.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and negotiate revenue allowances when needed.
• Ensure entrances and public areas are clean and well maintained; follow sustainability guidelines.
