Qualifications

• Ability to balance cash and conduct audits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates.
• Resolve guest complaints by researching the situation and applying solutions.
• Oversee front office operations in the absence of the manager.
• Make and confirm reservations and handle billing at check-out.
• Promote brand marketing programs and greet guests on arrival.
