Qualifications

• Ability to input information accurately in a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions and information.
• Oversee registration and check-in/out processes; set room and rate selections; manage keys and folios.
• Balance cash, process payments, and handle vouchers or travelers’ checks.
• Communicate with staff to assign duties and monitor performance; train new agents.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Assist other front desk personnel and perform related duties as needed.
