Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.
• 2 years combined front desk and supervisor experience.
• Strong math/calculation skills for cash handling and billing.
• Ability to input data accurately in a computer system.
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and relay information accurately.
• Oversee registration, room assignment, and checkout processes.
• Handle payments, verify cards, and balance the house bank.
• Respond to guest concerns with expedient, fair resolutions.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Be able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
