Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the guest service team and ensure smooth check-in/out at our properties. You will guide front desk clerks, supervise daily operations, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong English communication, prior front desk and supervisory experience, and the ability to manage cash handling, scheduling, and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Two years combined prior front desk and supervisor experience.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and direct staff accordingly.
• Input registrations and retrieve information from the computer system, confirming guest details.
• Handle check-in/check-out, balance house accounts, and post charges to guest rooms.
• Resolve guest issues by researching and applying the best solution; authorize revenue allowances when justified.
• Train new agents in daily duties and ensure compliance with brand standards.
