Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, and address discipline when needed.
• Respond to guest requests, group needs, and ensure high service levels.
• Implement SOPs and LSOPs and motivate staff for quality service.
• Supervise Guest Service Agents and act as role model during emergencies.
• Maintain attendance, be reliable, and perform other duties as assigned.
