Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, provide accurate information.
• Complete registration using the computer system and assign rooms based on needs.
• Verify and imprint payment methods and handle transactions.
• Answer calls, relay messages, and retrieve mail and packages.
• Close accounts at checkout and resolve guest concerns.
• Assess guest complaints and negotiate effective solutions.
• Follow attendance rules and be available as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
