Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be familiar with all in-house groups and promotions.
• Obtain information when taking room reservations and quote rates as per policy.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Assist guests with safe deposit boxes and other guest services.
