Job summary

Threefoot-Hotel in Meridian, MS is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service. You will greet guests, manage check-in and check-out, upsell services, and communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, prior front desk or hospitality experience, and can work flexible shifts. You will handle payments, verify IDs, and maintain security procedures while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk Agent experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Proficient with basic computer and front desk software.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide information about rooms, rates and hotel services.
• Upsell to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Handle payments, verify IDs and processing methods.
• Maintain room availability with housekeeping and other departments.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally.
• Follow security and liability procedures.
