Job summary

Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in Diberville, MS is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to check guests in and out, manage folios to appropriate tenders, and answer guest questions while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is 21 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, strong organizational skills, and proficient computer and office equipment experience to support front desk operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work with a sense of urgency within established time lines, exercising consistent follow-through/follow-up when necessary.
• Strong computer skills to include working knowledge of LMS, Microsoft Office Products and working knowledge of various information support systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of hotel rooms.
• Setfolios to appropriate tenders and assist guests with questions related to Scarlet Pearl.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and maintain accurate documentation.

Education
