Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver top-tier guest service at the Meridian property. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide information on rooms, rates, and amenities.

The role includes upselling opportunities and coordination with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for checkout and occupancy. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Familiar with basic computer operations and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional welcome and check them in/out.
• Provide information on hotel services, rooms, rates and local area.
• upsell to maximize occupancy and revenue as appropriate.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain brand standards, security procedures and cash handling accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Respond to emergencies following hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of loyalty programs and brand guidelines.
