Job summary

Staybridge Suites Jacksonville is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, and provide local information. You will handle reservations, answer inquiries, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash accuracy, operating the lobby area, and supporting safety procedures. Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in/out with warmth, speed and accuracy.
• Be the go-to expert for local attractions and directions.
• Handle guest complaints with professional care.
• Promote franchise membership and help guests book future stays.
• Assist guests in finding lodging via referrals when the hotel is full.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance shift reports.
