Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Residence Inn Atlanta Gwinnett in Duluth, GA. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and balance daily tasks while promoting hotel programs and exceeding guest expectations.

The position requires a customer-focused approach, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, with a commitment to a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer services experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly and warmly with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be aware of rates, packages and promotions as listed in the Red Book.
• Be familiar with all in-house groups.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Operate Front Desk computer system.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain regular attendance and professionalism.
