The role requires a courteous, efficient, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, following cash handling policies, knowing current rates and promotions, and maintaining accurate housekeeping and rate verification

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
• Balance and prepare closing shift paperwork per hotel standards.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Be familiar with rates, packages, and promotions listed in the Red Book.
• Operate Front Desk systems and communicate with colleagues professionally.
