Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and hours of operation.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a courteous manner.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and PBX as applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, promotions, and hotel amenities.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork at close of shift.
