Job summary

Intown Suites in Snellville, GA is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests at the front desk, check them in/out, and handle guest concerns with professionalism. The role requires strong English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The position reports to the General Manager and may involve responsibilities in the absence of GM, with travel to other properties within the market.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Front desk/front office experience preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and software
• Ability to read, interpret and respond to hotel reports
• Strong customer service and upselling abilities
• Good time management and multitasking under pressure
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts
• Team orientation with ability to guide staff when needed
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at the front desk
• Check guests in and out in a timely and accurate manner
• Represent the hotel in a professional manner at all times
• Handle guest issues and concerns with professionalism
• Assist with bank deposits in GM’s absence and manage petty cash
• Provide guidance to property staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and policy standards
• Maintain clean and orderly desk and office areas
• Travel to other properties as needed within the market
