Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and problem solving in a hospitality setting. You will handle reservations, check-ins/outs, tours for potential guests, and fulfill special requests while maintaining clean public areas and supporting front office operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; hotel operations preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with front desk software.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: daily property operations including reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours for potential guests, and fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: manage laundry tasks and keep the area tidy.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: assist with cleaning and sanitizing public areas and restocking supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met.
