Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service.
• Hotel operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Provide guest services, handle inquiries, tours, and sales.
• Perform laundry duties and maintain clean laundry and public areas.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure guest and property safety.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
