Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. seeks a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests. You will deliver warm service in a high-visibility role and support front office operations.

This position emphasizes guest satisfaction, proactive problem solving, and teamwork. Candidates should have customer service experience, solid computer skills, and the flexibility to work a changing schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and flexible with changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, renewals, check-ins and check-outs.
• Meet guest needs, conduct tours for potential guests, and fulfill special requests.
• Manage laundry and maintain a clean laundry area.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas and stock supplies.
• Assist with in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
• Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
